When a citizen applies for aided place, there is a set of rules for when an application can be automatically approved or should be approved by caseworker manually. Automatic approval can have two states: New or Approved. Manual approval can have four states: New, Active, Rejected or Approved. An approved application can be cancelled, if the caseworker or citizen deletes an application, or if an existing application is replaced with a new application which covers the same period. |
