| COUNTY_ID |
The county (DK: Kommune), where the patient is living. The filed is only used when DATA_SOURCE == S and I. |
| REGION_CODE |
The region which is the owner of the hospital. Null for private hospitals. |
| PRACTITIONER_NO |
The practioner number (DK: Yder nummer) identifies the specialist or clinic, who treated the patient. NOTE: This is not an ID, as the Yder-table is not part of the LPR system !!!! This field is only relevant when DATA_SOURCE == S |
| PRACTITIONER_SPECIALITY_ID |
The speciality code (DK: Speciale). This field is only a key value, when DATA_SOURCE == S |
| CONTACT_NO |
A sequence number, manually assigned to DUSAS International contacts. The numbering is use to indicate that several contacts are related in a series. This field is only relevant when DATA_SOURCE == I. |
| ADMISSION_DATETIME |
Date and time of admission. Depending on the field DATA_SOURCE the field have a different meaning: I, the field contains (DK: Startdato). S, the field contains (DK: Besøgsdato). L, the field maps to INDUD.STARTDATO, in the raw file format. |
| ADMISSION_TIME_MISSING |
Flag indicating if the time part of ADMISSION_DATETIME is relevant or not. If the field has the value Y, the flag is said to be set, only the date part of ADMISSION_DATETIME is to be used. This field is only relevant when DATA_SOURCE == L. |
| REFERRAL_DATE |
The date, when the patient was referred (DK: henvist). This field is only relevant when DATA_SOURCE == I. |
