ID Internal primary key
HIST_CONTACT_ID Refers to the contact, this record is part of (the contact is the grand parent). This reference is relevant in cases, where an additional code is specified, without a preceding primary code. In that case the PARENT_ID field is NULL.
PARENT_ID Refers to the parent SKS code
CODE_ID Code from SKS classification
ERROR_FLAG Flag indicating if any validation errors exist, related to this record. = Y means that at least one error was detected and related to this part of the contact data structure. = N means that this record has no errors attached.
